Having just started to read The Old Ways by Robert Macfarlane I felt inspired to record my own ramblings in the company of Ruby Tuesday.A major lifestyle change for me has been the arrival of a dog, Barnaby for a short while then Ruby Tuesday, a black labrador bitch. Now that she is fully grown Ruby is able to undertake long walks and as a result of our travels in The Rubesmobile we have started to walk our own paths and byways.
I am experiencing enormous pleasure as a result of our ramblings and would like to share our adventures with anyone who might want to join us as we explore the paths and byways of our lovely countryside.
The two photos show Ruby when she was about 10 weeks old and as she is now (18 months old) ready to head off into a field of rapeseed.
